How long is order processing time?
Once an order is placed, if the saree is ready in stock, it goes through a final finishing process—known as ‘Deka’—to ensure perfection in every detail. After this, the saree is carefully packed and dispatched. This process typically takes 1–2 working days before shipping.
Do you ship to small cities or villages?
Yes, we deliver to small cities and villages as well. Our shipping service covers all parts of India, ensuring your order reaches you—no matter where you are.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
